Hi, I’m Jaspreet, a certified yoga and meditation coach endorsed by the Ayush Ministry (Government of India). With 16 years of corporate experience and an MBA in HR, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, stress, and balance into my yoga and mindfulness sessions.
Over the years, I’ve guided students through online yoga classes for beginners, outdoor yoga sessions, and holistic yoga and wellness programs that help them heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

Nature has always been my sanctuary - my quiet companion through every season of life. Whether it’s walking barefoot on soft, dew-kissed grass, watching the sunrise with a warm cup of tea, or getting drenched in the rain, I feel most alive when I’m deeply connected to the earth.
The mountains remind me to stay grounded and every sunset gently encourages me to let go. I often find myself hugging trees, feeding street animals, or sitting silently by a lake, simply breathing in the stillness.
These mindful moments in nature heal me in ways yoga alone cannot. They calm my mind, open my heart, and inspire every wellness practice I share. Because true healing doesn’t always begin on the mat - sometimes, it starts with a breeze, a birdsong, or a quiet moment under the open sky.
